摘要
本文介绍了超微莫来石粉末制备新工艺。选用结晶氯化铝和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用水解-沉淀工艺制取凝胶,干燥后经1000℃煅烧获得粉末,其Al_2O_3/SiO_2比与设定组成比偏差为-1%左右,杂质含量约0.1wt%。利用正交设计优化的工艺参数是:沉淀反应初期pH为3.0,快速沉淀反应时间为10min,回流陈化温度为70℃。粉末性能达到:粉末压缩比为5.29,BET当量球径为6nm,1600℃、4h烧结试样相对密度达99%以上。
Ultra-fine mullite powder was prepared by using crystal aluminum trichloride and ethyl silicate as raw materials and a new hydrolysis-precipitation technique. After drying and calcining at 1000℃ for 1h, the error of Al_2O_3/SiO_2 ratio of the powder obtained is about-1%when compared with the designed value. The total impurity eontent of the powder is about 0.1wt%.In the initial period of precipitation the parameters used in orthogonal design for optimization are pH=3; duration of accelerated precipitation is 10 min; and the ageing temperature of the flowing reflux process is 70℃.The experimental results show that the compaction ratio of the Al_2O_3-SiO_2 powder is 5.29, the equivalent diameter performed by BET is 6nm; and the relative density of the specimens sintered at 1600℃ for 4h is more than 99%.
