摘要 长期在高温、高应力状态下运行的汽轮机转子疲劳及蠕变损耗的评价,过去一直沿用新材料的寿命损耗曲线,并投有考虑汽轮机长期服役所产生材质退化现象的影响。本文通过对材料实验结果的分析及研究,建立了机组运行历史和Cr-Mo-V转子钢力学特性之间的解析关系。在国内目前使用的寿命损耗曲线基础上,提出了长期服役机组汽轮机转子寿命损耗的修正曲线,为老机组安全可靠运行及精确地评估其寿命损耗提供了理论依据。 In this paper, a new method of assessing low cycle fatigue and creep life based on consideration of material degradation for stea mturbine rotors has been proposed.Analyzing the relationship between the material hardness and the degraded mechanical properties for Cr-Mo-V rotor steel, this paper corrects the present curves of low-cycle fatigue and creep properties. Fatigue and creep life predictions for steam turbine rotors could be more accurately made through the measurement hardness and an evaluation of the degraded fatigue and creep properties.
