摘要
采用氨基磺酸作催化剂,以对羟基苯甲酸和正(异)丁醇为原料合成尼泊金(异)丁酯,优惠工艺条件为:0.25mol丁醇,0.05mol对羟基苯甲酸,催化剂氨基磺酸0.5g,过量的醇为带水剂,回流温度下反应3h,丁酯和异丁酯的收率分别可达75.6%和76.3%。产品以红外图谱、熔点、元素分析进行了确证。
Butyl (isobutyl) p-hydroxybenzoate were synthesized with reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and butanol (isobutano), by aminosulfonic acid as catalyst. The optimum conditions are as followings: the ratio of butanol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, aminosulfonic acid is 0.25 mol:0.05 mol:0.5 g, reaction for 3 h. The yield is 75.6%(76.3%). The products were characterized by IR, m.p., element.
