摘要
两轴线相互垂直的圆柱相交,其相贯线(表面的交线)一般为空间曲线(其投影一般为双曲线)。有时,为了简化作图,在平行其公共对称平面的投影面上的投影往往采用以两圆柱中较大圆柱半径为半径的圆弧代替双曲线。通过对正交两圆柱表面交线的数学表达式及投影图、误差曲线图等多方面的考察分析,提出在投影图上使用圆弧代替双曲线的合适范围与条件。
When two axes of cylinder are crossed,the crossed lines are generally space hyperbola.Sometimes,in order to simplify the drawing and projective drawing on the parallel and the common symmetrical plane,the circular pitch arc,which is the longer radius of the two cylinders,is often used in place of hyperbola.By means of analyzing the mathematical expressions,the projective drawing and the error curves,the appropriate limits and conditions of using the circular pitch arc in place of hyperbola on the projective drawing are given in this paper.
