摘要
在分析现有的声波除灰技术工作原理的基础上,自行研制了旋转阀式发声装置,分析了所研制的旋转阀式声波除灰器的发声机理,并开发了新的声波除灰技术,试验结果表明所研制的声波除灰器能有效清除燃煤锅炉受热面的积灰,对于清除松散性积灰的声压级阈值应控制为128dB。
The acoustic soot cleaning technology from inland and overseas was compared and based on the analysis of its mechanism and features a new kind of acoustic soot cleaning technology was developed.The rotary valve acoustic soot blower has been tested through bench-scale experiment and application in a power plant.The results obtained showed that the new apparatus can be used clearing loose dust on the heated wall of the boiler and the threshold value of sound pressure class is about 128dB.
