摘要
微分法是泵站经济运行中一种常用的方法,针对图解法工作量大,准确性不高的缺点,提出了数值解法。由泵机组装置的基本综合性能曲线采用数据拟合得到定扬程动力特性的函数式,并按等微增率准则编制程序对满足特定流量要求的各种组合进行比较寻优。实例计算表明,数值解法快速、准确。
Differential coefficient is a common method in the optimal operation of the pump station. Inorder to avoid the disadvantages of the large numbers of calculation and error of diagrammatizing, a numericalcomputation method is applied which adopted data-fitting to derive the function of the dynamic characteristicsat the specified pump head from general performance curves of pump system and programmed to seek theoptimal one of those combinations of operation which satisfied the required capacity based on the principle ofequal differential coefficient ratio. It is found that numerical computation method has the advantages ofaccurateness and speediness in a representative example.
