摘要
实验研究了不同光纤反射镜和不同光纤长度下双程后向结构掺铒超荧光光纤光源的输出特性 ,提出了双程后向结构掺铒超荧光光纤光源的优化设计原则。利用光纤 Michelson干涉仪和光纤 Mach- Zehnder干涉仪 ,对其进行光谱分割 ,得到了 1 5 5 0 nm附近 ( 1 5 4 2~ 1 5 5 9nm)约 2 0个波长的输出 ,波长间隔~ 0 .8nm,不平坦度小于 0 .5 d B,消光比大于 1 4d B。
The effects of the variations in fiber length, fiber mirror reflectance on efficiency and output power are experimentally investigated, for erbium doped double pass backward(DPB) superfluorescent fiber source(SFS). By using a fiber Michelson interferometer and a fiber Mach Zehnder interferometer, respectively, as spectra slicing component, two multi wavelength fiber sources(MWFS) with~20 channels (from 1 542 to 1 599 nm) are got. The channel spacing of the MWFS is ~0.8 nm and the intensity fluctuation among channels is less than 0.5 dB. The extinction ratio of all channels is above 14 dB.
