摘要
以SnCl4/SiO2 为催化剂 ,由醋酸与仲丁醇合成醋酸仲丁酯。结果表明 ,SnCl4/SiO2 作为催化剂 ,活性高 ,选择性好 ,对设备无腐蚀 ,可重复使用。讨论了醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯化收率的影响 ,得出最佳反应条件为 :酸醇比为 1.8∶1,催化剂用量为 1.5g ,反应时间为 6h ,反应温度 15 0℃ ,最佳转化率为 89.31%。
SnCl 4/SiO 2 was applied as a new catalyst to the esterification of acetic acid and sec-butyl alcohol. It has high activity and excellent selectivity as well as no corrosion to the facilities. Various reaction parameters such as ratio of alcohol to acid, catalyst amount, reaction time and reaction temperature were carefully studied. The optimum reaction conditions were: molar ratio of acetic acid to sec-butyl alcohol 1.8∶1, amount of catalyst was 1.5 g, reaction time was 6 h, reaction temperature 150 ℃. The conversion of acetic acid reached 89.31 % and the selectivity of esterification was 100% under the optimum conditions.
