摘要
研究了以Ca(OH) 2 、CaCO3 、H3 PO4为原料 ,采用不同于常规中和法的温度条件和加料方式制备含CO2 -3 的 β -TCP/HA双相陶瓷原料。通过XRD分析 ,证实了本实验烧结后得到的产物为不同比率的 β -TCP/HA双相陶瓷粉末。用IR对CO2 -3 取代的机理进行了探讨 ,为B型取代 ,即CO2 -3 取代HA中PO3 -4的位置。试验中发现 ,加入Ca(OH) 2
Ca(OH) 2,CaCO 3, H 3PO 4 were used as starting materials to prepare carbonate-containing biphasic ceramic powder. The reaction temperature and the addition manipulation of the reactant were different from the routine conditions.It has been demonstrated that biphasic powders of different ratio were prepared by this method on the analysis of XRD. The mechanism of carbonate substitution was proposed through IR analysis.The carbonate substitution model in this experiment was Type-B,and CO 2- 3 was substituted for PO 3- 4.The v 3 was split into 1?453?cm -1and 1?420?cm -1.When the pH value of reaction system was between 3~5,the variation in addition rate of Ca(OH) 2 could take such effects on the phase composition of final production and the mean size of precursor.The slower the addition rate,the lower the TCP content in the final production and the smaller the precursor size.
