摘要 研究了刀具磨损过程中切削力动态分量信号分形维数的变化规律 ,发现分形维数在刀具初期磨损和剧烈磨损阶段较正常磨损阶段高。由于切削力信号动态分量的分形维数随刀具磨损状态的变化而变化 。 The change regularity of the fractal dimension of the dynamic cutting force signal in the tool wear process is studied and it is founded that the values of the fractal dimension in the initial period and severe-wear period are larger than the value in the stability-wear period. Because the change of the fractal dimension is with the change of tool wear state, so the fractal dimension can be used as a parameter to determining the tool condition during the cutting process.
