摘要
福建龙岩火电厂螺栓使用的是 2 5Cr2 Mo1V钢 ,它在高温下长期工作产生小裂纹。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜等仪器 ,对断口的显微组织变化进行分析、研究 ,找出其脆化的机理。结果表明 :碳化物在晶界和亚晶界的析出 ,引起晶体韧性的下降 ,导致螺栓产生沿晶和穿晶混合断裂。
Small cracks were produced when the bolts utilized by the Longyan Fujian Thermal Power Station,made of the 25Cr 2Mo 1V metal,work for a long time under high temperature working condition. Making use of Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) to find out the embrittlement mechanism for analysing and studying the microstructure change of gap.. The results show that the precipitation of the carbide between the grain boundary and the sub-grain-boundary caused the descent of crystal energy and the bolts' mixed fracture of along-crystal and across-crystal.
