摘要
为从工艺上进一步提高高磁导率NiCuZn铁氧体材料的综合性能,研究了预烧工艺对该类材料主要电磁性能的影响。结果表明,适宜的预烧温度可较大程度地提升材料的起始磁导率,且品质因数及频率特性也能得到改善,而过高或过低的预烧温度都会对材料的起始磁导率及品质因数造成不良影响。不同预烧温度引起粉料活性及收缩率的差异是其影响材料电磁性能的主要原因。
To improve its properties, we studied effects of presintering temperature on the electromagnetic properties of high permeability NiCuZn ferrite materials. It was found that presintering at feasible temperature could improve the initial permeability, Q and fr , etc. But presintering at too low or too high temperature damps the initial permeability and Q. Both activity and shrink ratio differences are the main factors.
