摘要
利用CO2保护焊对HB400级新型贝氏体钢耐磨板进行焊接试验,研究焊接接头的组织和力学性能。结果表明,焊缝组织为贝氏体、少量铁素体和珠光体,热影响区为新型贝氏体组织,熔合线结合良好。焊接接头具有良好的强韧性。
In this paper,the microstructures and properties of HB400new type bainite wear-resistant steel plates by CO 2 gas shielded welding(CGSM)were studied.The results show that the microstructures of weld metal by CO 2 gas shielded welding are bainite,small ferrite and pearlite.A new type bainite microstructures were found in heat-affected zone,grains were uniformly distribute and combine well in the fusion line.The weld joint had good strength and toughness.
