摘要
对“学生评教”与“教师评教”的积极作用做了评价 ;针对其存在的问题及局限性和应达到的目的 ,提出了建立合理的评价体系 ,注重发挥其导向功能、激励驱动功能和反馈矫正功能 ,以提高教师评价指导层次的建议。
The active effect is estimated in judging teachers' work performance by students and by the other teachers, and some existing problems are also analyzed in detail. This paper puts forward a resonable estimating system to encourage teachers to have better work performance.
