摘要 分布式学术信息服务网站的有序运营和持续发展至少需要三个要素的保证,它们分别是技术、人力资源、信息资源,三要素中人力资源是主体。文章主要从网站建设过程中人力资源管理的角度入手,详细介绍和深刻剖析了系统管理层、资源管理层、资源利用层这三个层次的不同职责和特点,以及在每个层次内部的任务分工和监督管理。 Three elements is prerequisite for the orderly operation and on-going development of distributed learning infonmation service website, which are information technology, human resource and information resources. Among them, human resource is the principal one. From the point of view of human resource management during the period of website construction, this paper presents in details the different responsibilities and characteristics of the system administrator, resource manager and the end-user. Furthermore, it discusses the model of distribution and supervision of the internal assignments.
