摘要
根据旋转锉刃磨运动模型和刃磨机床结构 ,开发了基于IPC的旋转锉数控刃磨系统。该系统使用IPC机—运动控制器—驱动器—步进电机 ,控制机床各轴运动 ,并主要通过软件进行多坐标插补 。
According to the grinding motion model and the machine tool structure of rotary burrs,the IPC-based NC system of rotary burrs grinding is developed.The machine axis motion is controlled through IPC-motion controller-driving equipment-step motor,and by means of multi-axis interpolation with software,the practical grinding of rotary burrs is implemented.
