摘要
针对企业实施能够体现先进管理理念和管理方法的ERP系统,分析了企业管理中的问题和ERP的功能,并提出了企业在实施ERP项目过程中应该注意的问题。
Problems existed in an enterprises management and the function of ERP system are analyzed in viewof the ERP system which shows enterprises advanced administrative concepts and management means. Pointsneed attention in carrying out the system of ERP project are put forward.
