摘要 遗传学和分子生物学等学科的发展 ,促进了对男性不育症病因分子水平的诊断。目前 ,国内外许多实验室都已经广泛开展了对男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失的研究。但是 ,有关Y染色体微缺失诊断的临床意义、研究方法、研究对象及检测位点选择等方面仍存在较多的争议 ,本文针对这些问题进行了综述 ,以期进一步理解Y染色体与精子发生的关系 ,促进临床对Y染色体微缺失诊断的规范研究。
