摘要
本文研究了预合金化的铁磷及铁铜粉末对金属 /金刚石复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用预合金化的铁基粉末能够提高金属基体的密度、抗弯强度和耐磨性。以铁磷预合金粉末为基础粉末时 ,金属基体相对密度可达 99 6 %、抗弯强度可达 15 6 7MPa、磨损速率为 1 2 5× 10 -2 g/min ,比以还原铁粉为基础粉末的强度提高 30 %、磨损速率降低了 79%。粉末的颗粒尺寸对金属基体的硬度有明显的影响 ,降低基础粉末的颗粒尺寸 ,有利于增加硬质相的弥散强化作用 ,增加材料的硬度。
The effect of additives of iron-phosphorus and iron-copper prealloy powder on the properties of metal/diamond composite materials was studied. The results indicate that iron based prealloy powder can increase the density, strength and wear-resistance of the metal matrix. The metal matrix with the iron-phosphorus prealloy powder as based powder, has relative density of 99.6%, three point bending strength of 1567 MPa and wear rate 1.25 × 10-2 g/min. The strength is 30% higher and the wear rate is 79% lower than metal matrix with iron powder as based powder. Hardness of metal matrix increases with decreasing particle size of the base powder.
