摘要
针对一类非线性动态系统,提出了一种新的应用多层神经网络的自校正调节器,分析了基于神经网络的非线性系统自校正调节机理,并利用一种基于同构网络的自适应预测方法解决可能存在于系统的大时延问题。计算机仿真表明,这种神经网络自校正调节器为解决一类复杂非线性系统的自校正调节问题提供了一条可行的途径。
This paper develops a novel neural networks based self-tuning regulator for a class of nonlinear dynamical system, and the neural regulation mechanism is analysed. Two isomorphic multilayer networks arc utilized to implement a kind of adaptive prediction model to deal with the existence of large time-delay in the system. Computer simulations demomtrate that this neural networks based self-tuning regulator is applicable for a class of nonlinear system in which the traditional control method may meet some difficulty, thus providing a new approacah to some nonlinear control problems.
