摘要
针对电机转子碰摩时振动信号具有二阶循环平稳性的特点,提出了一种基于谱线再生技术的早期碰摩故障检测方法。该方法通过对转子振动信号进行二次非线性变换,提取二阶循环频率作为早期碰摩的故障特征,它利用振动信号的循环平稳性,达到了信噪分离的目的,能够比较容易地从复杂背景中提取出微弱的早期特征信息。通过仿真信号分析验证了这一点,并对刚开始触碰、早期尖锐型触碰和晚期平钝型触碰三种故障实验数据进行了分析,结果表明谱线再生技术确实可以简单、快速和准确地提取出转子早期碰摩故障特征。
According to the characteristics of cyclostation-arity in rotors vibration signal, this paper presents one novel method of early detecting rub-impact based on Spectral Line Regeneration(SLR). With second nonlinear transformation, SLR extracts second cyclic-frequencies as the faulty features, which separates signal from noise. So weak features buried by noise can be detected. At first numerical simulations are done. Then vibration data from three different-level rub-impacts are analyzed respectively and the results demonstrate SLR can indeed detect faulty features of early rub-impact in rotors simply, quickly and accurately.
