玉米杂交品种胚乳淀粉粒性状的扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 本文用扫描电镜对13种玉米杂交品种胚乳淀粉粒形态特征作了观察。结果表明:成熟的胚乳淀粉粒均呈多面体;腹白部的淀粉粒多呈近圆形;一般直径约为6.0~18.3μm。但各品种间淀粉粒的微细形态特征和大小有明显差别。因此,观察研究品种胚乳淀粉粒的形态特征,可为初步鉴别米质的优劣及杂交育种工作提供必要的参考依据。 The characteristic of endosperm starch grains of 13 kinds of hybriding breed of maize were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope.The results demonstrated that most of endosperm starch grains of 13 kinds of hybriding breed of maize are polyhedron in shape,then the parts of starch grains called white belly are sub- rounded.General diameters are in an extent of 6.0~18.3μm,but fine morphology characteristic and size are different in different hybriding breed of maize,therefore,the observation and study of fine morphology charac- teristic of endosperm starch grains of hybriding breed of maize by Scanning Electron Microscope can be provide some neccessary information for primarly distingushed the good quality of grain from the poor and hybrid breed- ing.
