摘要
筛选了相关的结晶动力学模型,采用矩量变换法测定了小粒度维生素C冷却结晶过程动力学,用最小二乘法进行多元线性回归得到了动力学参数,通过实验验证了动力学模型的可靠性,并对小粒度维生素C冷却结晶过程的影响因素进行了分析讨论。
After filtration of the correlative crystallization kinetic models, the moment transform method, one of the intermittent dynamic methods,was adopted to determine the crystallization kinetics of fine granular vitamin C. The kinetic parameters under the experimental conditions were obtained by use of the least square method for the multi-variate linear regression, and the reliability of the kinetic models was validated experimentally. In addition, the influence factors of the cooling crystallization process of fine granular vitamin C were analyzed.
