摘要
2002～2003年,采用病土盆栽鉴定法,对黑龙江省不同生态区和吉林省的大豆新品系71份进行了抗大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种的鉴定研究。结果表明,抗病品系7个,占供试品系9.86%,感病品系50份,占供试品系的70.42%,高感品系14份,占供试品系的19.72%,未发现免疫和中抗材料。这说明东北目前的大豆新品系中抗胞囊线虫材料较少,而且不同生态区间存在明显差异。
71 new soybean lines from different locations of Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province were evaluated for their resistance to race 3 of soybean cyst nematode by pot culture during 2002～2003, The results showed that, 7 lines were resistant, accounting 9.86% of the total evaluated lines, 50 lines were susceptible, accouting 70.42% of the total; 14 lines were highly susceptible, accouting 19.72% of the total. There were no immune and moderate lines. The results showed that most new soybean lines were susceptible to race 3 of SCN, Only a few lines were resistant, and their original locations were different.
