摘要
目的 :规范和完善图像分析技术推断死亡时间的质量控制体系。方法 :通过回顾性分析、总结本课题组应用图像分析技术研究死亡时间的实验方法 ,对在人体材料的选择、实验试剂选择、样本制作流程、图像测量分析等整个实验环节进行优化和规范。结果 :对整个实验过程的主要环节进行严格、科学、规范的质量控制是保证准确推断死亡时间客观性、重复性的关键。结论 :图像分析技术是一种新的研究死亡时间的定量方法 ,建立严格。
Objective: To standardize and consummate architecture of quality controlling about using computer image-analyze technique to deduce the postmortem interval. Methods: Retrospectively analyzing and optimizating our experiment links in electing material, reagent, procedur of exponent fabrication and image analysis. Results: The quality controlling of experiment links was very important to ensure replication and objectivity of the estimation the postmortem interval. Conclusions: As a new quantitative experimental method, establishing the strict norm's architecture of quality controlling is premise condition to deduce the postmortem interval by computer image-analyze technique.
