摘要
根据遥感原理中物体多光谱特征曲线与物体本身的形状、内部结构及物体的属性有关理论,对心叶烟接种马铃薯奥古巴花叶病毒进行研究。初步研究结果表明:A组烟叶出现绿色斑驳,叶脉变成深绿色,新叶小。利用此方法可在眼睛观察不到的病害发生之前,能早期诊断植物病害。
The theory of using multi-spectral characteristic curve to diagnose plant disease is based on the remote sensing technique. The multi-spectral characteristic curve of a substance is related to its shape constructure and nature. The Nicotiana glutionosa leaves which was infected with potato aucuba mosaic virus, appeared green mottled and its vein turned dark green, the new leaves were small. This theory could diagnose the plant discases early before it can be found by human's eyes.
