摘要
对于坡莫合金/CoO和坡莫合金/FeMn多层膜,无论是纵向交换偏置还是垂直交换偏置,其交换偏置场和矫顽力均随温度的升高而减小.研究表明:垂直交换偏置的建立可以产生垂直各向异性,其独特的温度特性使其在光磁混合记录技术方面有潜在的应用价值.
For permalloy/CoO and permalloy/FeMn multilayers, the exchange field and the coercivity of the perpendicular and longitudinal exchange biasing have been found to decrease with increasing temperature. After zero field cooling, perpendicular magnetic anisotropy is observed. For small permalloy layer thickness, perpendicular anisotropy film can be established at low temperatures.
