摘要
结合营销信息系统的开发,论述了县级供电企业营销信息系统的设计和开发原则。指出营销信息系统不仅要有内部业务处理功能,提高用电管理水平,更重要的是作为电网管理系统(如配电自动化系统)的子系统,要考虑到如何实现数据共享,以便使各个子系统集成,最终实现电网经营统一管理。
The general principle for design and development of marketing information system is introduced based on the development of the system. It is pointed out that this system should not only have powerful internal processing functions to promote the management standard , but also be able to meet the demand of sharing the database with other subsystem so as to integrate each subsystem, and eventually the marketing management of electric grid could be unified.
