摘要
通过对宁波民营企业现状的分析,提出民营企业应增强国际化经营意识、积极实施名牌战略、组建战略联盟、建立有效的人才培养和管理机制等一系列措施和对策。
By taking analysis on the status quo of private enterprises in Ningbo,this thesis puts forward a series of measures and countermeasures, which include stronger sense of internationalized operation, active implementation of famous brand strategy, establish strategic alliance, effective cultivation of talents and set up of efficient managing mechanisms.
