摘要
文章介绍了一种适合于伺服应用的新型绝对式光电编码器。该编码器的盘片采用循环移位二进制编码,在显著减小体积的同时也降低了成本。同时针对伺服系统中控制器无电时编码器由电池供电的工况,采用磁性传感单元作为电池供电时的位置检测机构,降低了耗电量,显著延长了电池的更换周期,便于使用与维护。
A novel absolute encoder designed for servo application is introduced.The disc of the encoder is coded using cyclic shift binary code series that decreases its volume remarkably and saves cost. On the other hand, the magnetic rotary position sensitive unit is used to decrease the power wastage while the encoder is powered by battery. In a servo system, encoder is powered by battery to record the rotary position when the servo system is power off. The decrease of power wastage can extend battery's duration period and make the servo system easy to be maintained.
