摘要
采用氨浸法制备了氧化锌压敏陶瓷纳米复合粉体,给出了制备粉体的工艺流程,并利用TEM,XRD,EDS,ASAP200物理吸附仪(BET法)及热重-差热分析仪(TG-DTA)对粉体的性能进行了表征,对用该粉料制作的氧化锌压敏电阻作了初步的电性能检测。结果表明:该复合粉体具有粒径小、分布均匀、比表面积大;压敏电阻的非线性系数达78。
The nano compound powder for ZnO voltage-sensitive ceramic is obtained by ammonia-solution,probiding the preparation engineering.The powder properties are characterized by TEM,XRD,EDS,TG-DTA and ASAP2000 physical absorption device (BET).The electric properties of the ZnO varistors made of the powder are evaluated,which indicates that the compound powder is of minor partice size,even distribution,large surface area,and the nonlinerity factor of the varistors is 78.
