摘要
目的 :了解我国林可霉素注射液的药物利用以及影响因素。方法 :选取 1997～ 2 0 0 1年全国林可霉素注射液产量的资料和两家综合性医院的处方 ,对林可霉素的使用情况进行分析。结果 :全国林可霉素注射液的产量较大 ,每年约 10亿支左右。从两家综合性医院的处方分析来看 ,二级医院的使用量尤其是大剂量静脉使用量远远大于三级甲等医院。结论 :林可霉素注射液在全国用量较大 ,且超过规定剂量使用较普遍 。
Objective: To investigate the drug utilization and influence factors of lincomycin injection in China.Method: The data of drug utilization were selected from output of lincomycin injection from 1997 to 2001 in China,and prescriptions of two general hospitals. Result: The output of lincomycin injection was bigger,about one billions every years in China.The amount of prescriptions in two grade hospital was more than three grade hospital.Conclusion: The used amount of lincomycin injection is large in China,about one billions every years;the usage of high dose was popular,especially in lower grade hospitals.
