摘要
本文对肿瘤特异性细胞凋亡素(apoptin)的研究进展,包括Apoptin的肿瘤特异性细胞凋亡效应和肿瘤治疗应用研究、Apoptin的生物物理和生物化学特性、Apoptin的凋亡功能区域以及细胞核定位对Ap-optin肿瘤特异性凋亡效应的重要性、Apoptin相关蛋白质、肿瘤特异性磷酸激酶对Apoptin的激活作用及正常细胞对Apoptin的中和机制等进行了综述,讨论了Apoptin的激活与肿瘤发生过程的相关性及Apoptin作为一种特异性肿瘤杀手用于肿瘤治疗和作为一种肿瘤特异性感应蛋白用于肿瘤发生研究的前景。
This review will mainly focus on the recent studies on the tumor-specific viral death effector Apoptin, including the tumor-specificity of Apoptin, utility of Apoptin in cancer therapy, biophysical and biochemical properties of Apoptin, death effect domains and importance of nuclear localization for Apoptin-induced apoptosis, Apoptin-associated proteins, activation of Apoptin by its tumor-specific kinase, and the normal-cell neutralization of Apoptin. The relativity of Apoptin activation and tumorigenesis, and the perspectives of Apoptin as a tumor-specific killer for cancer therapy and as a sensor for the basic study of tumorigenesis, will also be discussed.
