指出当今的世界已进入科技时代 ,随着科学技术的飞速发展 ,人们对各种产品和服务的要求越来越高 ,企业生产的产品质量和最终成品 ,要靠顾客来评判。因此 ,企业只有不断吸收顾客的意见 。
Following the rapid development of science and technology,people need higher and higher requirements for products and accompanied services.And furthermore,products quality has to meet customers' requirements and criticized by the customers.Consequently,it is impossible to enhance product quality and service quality unless an enterprise absorbs the customers' opinions and suggestions.
