摘要
煤气化技术是燃煤联合循环、煤化工、综合利用系统和零排放系统的关键技术之一。介绍中国煤气化技术的应用和发展现状,包括固定床气化(常压UGI炉和加压Lurgi炉)、流化床气化(U-gas炉和中国科学院山西煤炭化学研究所开发的常压灰熔聚流化床炉)和气流床气化(国电热工研究院提出的2段式干煤粉加压气化炉),并对这3种床态的优缺点进行了对比。通过比较认为,2段式干煤粉加压气化炉气化和灰熔聚流化床气化优势明显。
Coal gasification technology is the key technology of coal-fired combined cycle, coal chemical industry, comprehensive utilization system and zero draining system. This paper introduces the applications and development status of coal gasification technology in China, including fixed bed gasification (atmospheric UGI gasifiers and pressurized Lurgi gasifiers), fluidized bed gasification (U-gas gasifiers and atmospheric ash agglomerating fluidized bed gasifier) and entrained flow gasification (two-stage pressured entrained flow gasifier put forward by Themal Power Research Institute). By comparison, the entrained flow gasification of dry coal feeding and ash agglomerating fluidized bed gasification are evidently predominant.
