摘要
应用弹塑性有限变形拉格朗日有限单元法,分析了管材拉拔成形工艺;采用有限元模拟软件模拟了圆管拉拔过程,得出了应力场、应变场及速度场分布,解释了管材表面横向缺陷产生的原因,并模拟获得该道次拉拔的最佳模具锥角,对提高钢管质量有指导意义。
Pipe drawing process has been analyzed by using elastic-plastic FEM.Depending on the FEM software the numerical simulation of pipe drawing process has been done in which the distributions of stress and strain have been got,and the reason of transverse defects on the surface of pipe has been found,the optimal die's conical-angle been gained.
