摘要 硝酸酯类药物如果持续长期应用 ,其扩张血管改善血流动力学的效应就很快下降 ,乃至消失 ,即产生硝酸酯类药物耐药现象。硝酸酯类药物的耐药机制目前仍不是完全清楚 ,可能与多种因素有关 ,超氧阴离子 (·O- )的增加 ,致NO作用减弱学说在硝酸酯类药物耐药中的作用不容忽视。·O- 增加与硝酸酯类耐药现象的研究 ,可以为既往的一些学说提供共同的解释 ,但还需要进行更深入的探索 ,从而为彻底避免耐药现象的发生提供依据和方法。 The vessel dilatation and the hemodynamic effect of organic nitrates,if it was long-term administrated,will decline,even vanish.That's nitrates tolerance phenomena.Its real mechanism was still unknown.Recent articles we reviewed showed that this phenomenon was associated with puperoxide anion accumulation.The possible procession includes plasma volume increasing,organic nitrates biotransformation disturbing,NO signal delivery system disordered and the self-expanding of tissue puperoxide anion.This findings could explain some results of studies in nitrates drug tolerance,but to solve this problem entirely,advanced researches are still needed.
