摘要
本文用高容量纤维测试系统(HVI-900),以多元线性回归,逐步回归和灰色模型等分析方法,研究了棉纤维的HVI 测试指标与成纱品质指标间的数学表达式。分析计算表明:对环锭纱,用HVI 纤维性能指标预测其成纱品质指标有78%的正确性;影响成纱品质指标最大的因素是纤维长度,其次是长度均匀度、细度、强度、黄度等。本文所建立的数学关系式能较好地预测出由同一纺纱设备,纺制相同纱支的成纱品质指标。
This paper deals with the relation between fibre properties and yarn quality using high volume
instrument(HVI)-900 system.The four mathematical expressions which may predict the yarn qua-
lity in terms of HVI cotton fibrc parameters were establishcd with the analysis methods of mul-
tiple regression model,stepwise regression model and Grey model.The calculation showed that
the 78% yarn strength rex quotient(STQ)could be explained by HVI cotton parameters for ring
spun yarn;the most important parameter affecting strcngth tex quotient of ring spun yarn is
fibre length,the length uniformity,fibre fineness,fibre strength and yellowness in turn.The
examination showed that the four mathematical exprcssions arc available for predicting STQ of
the same count yarn spun by the same ring frame.
