摘要  利用嗜酸性硫杆菌除铬是一种简单、高效、经济地实现了制革污泥无害化的新兴技术。在该工艺中,酸化污泥回流比是影响生物脱毒反应的重要参数之一。通过序批式摇床培养,分别考察了污泥回流比对含固率为4%和6%制革污泥脱毒过程的影响。结果表明:采用酸化污泥回流可保证脱毒反应的连续进行,对于含固率为4%的污泥而言,污泥回流比>1/2时,脱毒反应8d后对铬的去除率高达100%;对含固率为6%的污泥而言,回流比为2/3较适宜,脱毒处理8d后也可使铬去除率达到100%。 Acidophilic thiobacillus for biological chromium removal was a simple,high efficient,and economical process,which realized a new technology for innocuous treatment of tannery sludge.Acidified sludge return ratio was an important parameter affecting biological removal of chromium.By means of sequencing batch type oscillator culture,investigation was made on the effect of sludge return ratio on chromium removal from tannery sludge with solid content of 4% and 6%.Test result shows that acidified sludge return can guarantee a continuous operation of biological reaction.In the case of solid content of 4% and sludge return ratio >1/2,chromium removal rate is as high as 100% after 8 days of microbial reaction;in the case of solid content of 6%,sludge return ratio is preferable to be 2/3,chromium removal rate can come up to 100% after 8 days of reaction.
