摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的疗效。方法总结我院行鼻内镜手术治疗的26例非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的临床资料及经验。结果全部患者均获治愈。随访6个月～5年未见复发。结论鼻内镜手术损伤小,能彻底清除病灶,建立良好的鼻腔鼻窦通气引流通道,是治疗非侵袭性鼻窦真菌病的理想的方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) on thenon-invasive nasal sinus mycosis. Method 26 cases with non-invasive nasal sinus mycosis were analyzedretrospectively. All of them had undergone ESS. Result In the follow up of 6 months to 5 years, allcases were cured. Conclusion ESS can excise the locus thoroughly with a slight injury. ESS is asatisfactory surgical way to treat the non-invasive nasal sinus mycosis.
