护理事业的发展关键在于如何增强护理队伍的凝聚力。充分发挥护理管理者模范作用,制定可行目标,积极创造条件,实施以人为本的 管理模式,在全院护理队伍中形成了良好风气,营造出和谐氛围,产生了共鸣和群体效应,形成了特色优势和整体优势,拓宽了发展道路,拓展 了服务领域,提高了护理队伍的整体实力,形成了强大的持续发展动力。
The key point to the development of nursing is how to strengthen the cohesion of nursing team. The members of Nursing Department of our hospital, who play an exemplary role as nursing administrators, do their best to set practical goals and create an effective environment for nursing staff and consider the nurses as essential factor for the development of nursing. By doing so, within the nursing team of our hospital, good atmosphere and harmonious environment are created, collective effect developed, featuring advantages reinforced, strength of our nursing team improved, developmental paths and service area of nursing widened, motive power for sustained nursing development enhanced.
