摘要
在缺血性脑损伤中 ,对于神经元的病理生理学变化已经进行了深入的研究 ,而对少突胶质细胞的缺血性损伤则关注不多。作为中枢神经系统合成髓鞘的惟一细胞 ,少突胶质细胞的缺血性损伤和反应对缺血性卒中的功能恢复有重要的影响。深入了解少突胶质细胞缺血性损伤的机制将为探索其保护治疗提供依据。文章对少突胶质细胞的生物学特性、缺血性损伤和机制以及保护性治疗的进展进行了综述。
Pathophysiological changes of neurons have been thoroughly studied in ischemic brain injury; however, there are fewer studies on oligodendrocytes. The ischemic injury and response of oligodendrocytes have important influence on the functional recovery of ischemic stroke as the single kind of cells for synthetic myelinating in central nervous system. To find out the mechanism of oligodendrocytes ischemic injury thoroughly will provide evidence for exploring its protective treatment. This article reviews the biological features of oligodendrocytes, ischemic injury and its mechanism, as well as the advances of protective treatment.
