肺血管径值CT测量及相对比值计算的价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的 对离体猪肺血管铸型标本进行测量 ,计算其 1~ 5级血管的上 /下级和同级血管静脉 /动脉的相对比值 ,以评估使用CT测量、计算相对比值的价值。方法 CT扫描灌注铸型药液的 4个标本 ,在铸型标本制成后 ,分别选取血管主干 /左肺后叶 /下段至 5级动脉和静脉 ,测量其径值并计算上 /下级血管和同级静脉 /动脉的相对比值。对CT测量和计算的相对比值和铸型标本上测量和计算的相对比值进行统计学比较。结果 同级静脉 /动脉相对比值中 2级与CT扫描计算的相对比值有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在 3~ 5级无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;上下级动脉和静脉相对比值均无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 CT对血管的上 /下级相对比值评估具有较高价值。 Objective To evaluate value of CT measurement and calculation of vessels of isolate pig lung ,by compare with measurement and calculation of resin cast of them. Methods CT scaned and measured the four isolated pig lung which vessels were full with ABS liquid or self-solidification resin liquid, and calculate the relative ratio of superior/ inferior order and vein /artery of same order. After resin cast were made, measure and calculate the same as CT did. Results Second order of calculation of vein/artery of same order by the two method had statistic difference(P<0.05). All other measurement and calculation of two had no statistic difference (P>0.05). Conclusion CT has high value in calculation of the relative ratio of superior/inferior order.
