FGFR3基因与膀胱肿瘤 被引量：2

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子受体 3 (FGFR3 )基因的突变激活会导致一些常染色体显性遗传疾病如致死性侏儒症、软骨发育不全等。最近 ,FGFR3的基因突变在一些肿瘤中也被发现 ,如在膀胱癌中存在相当高的突变表达 ,特别是与高分期分级的浸润癌相比 ,在低分级和表浅肿瘤中有很高的检出率。FGFR3基因的检测有希望成为一种简便可靠、重复性强的膀胱肿瘤诊断和预后判断方法。本文就FGFR3基因突变特点。
