摘要
阐述了用 SG3525电压调节芯片实现 PWM Buck 三电平变换器的交错控制。相对于采用分立元件实现 PWM Buck 三电平变换器的交错控制而言,该控制方法电路简单,易于实现,可以较好地解决三电平波形的不对称问题。详细介绍了 SG3525电压调节芯片,并给出了基于 SG3525电压调节芯片的 PWM Buck 三电平变换器的具体设计方法。最后对输入电压为120V(90~180V),输出为48V/4A,开关频率50 kHz 的 PWM Buck 三电平变换器进行了实验验证。
A PWM Buck three-level(TL)converter with voltage modulator SC3525 is explained.The control circuit is simplified compared to that with discrete components.At the same time the voltage-sharing problem is easy to he solved.At first,voltage modulator SG3525 is introduced in detail.Then the control schematic diagram of PWM Buck TL converter with voltage SG3525 modulator is given.At last,a PWM Buck TL converter with input voltage 120 V(90~180 V ),output 48V/ 4 A and switching frequency 50 kHz is experimented.Experimental results verify that PWM Buck TL converter with modulator SG3525 is feasible.
