摘要
科学、合理的师资队伍是提高高职教育质量的关键因素,是高职内涵深化的推动力。培训是高职院校创新与发展的重要因素,在高职师资队伍的建设中起着举足轻重的作用,本文针对高职师资队伍培训管理中存在的问题,提出了具体的措施。
Scientific and reasonable teachers guarantee the quality of higher vocational education and boost its developing towards deeper connotation. Training plays an important role in the construction of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges. The article puts forward the tackling method to the problems which have existed in the construction of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.
