摘要
对采集自福建、江西、四川3个地区4个泽泻样品的18S-26SrRNA及其ITS片断进行克隆及序列分析,结果表明福建高叶泽泻、福建矮叶泽泻和江泽泻的18S-26SrRNA及ITS片断的序列完全一致,与川泽泻则有2个碱基的区别。
Cloning and sequencing were applied to analyze 18S-26S rRNA and ITS on four species of Alisma orientale which were collected from Fujian, Jiangx i and Sichuan.The results showed that the sequence of Alisma orientale from Fuji an and Jiangxi provinces was the same,but they were different with Alisma planta goaquatica from Sichuan province.
