摘要
自2003年入夏以来,电力紧张的问题在我国更为突出。电荒严重影响社会生产和人民生活。本文认为,造成电荒的根本原因是电力产业的计划经济体制和独家垄断经营。因此,解决电荒的出路在于电力产业的民营化。
Since the beginning of the summer in 2003,power supply shortage has become increasingly pressing and drastically affected the social production and people's life. This article holds that the fundamental cause of the power supply shortage lies in the planned economy system of the power industry and in its monopoly without competition. Therefore, the way out for the power supply shortage is for the power industry to be run by civilians.
