摘要
试验几种无机氯化物对镍-4[(5-氯-2-吡啶)偶氮]-1,3-二氨基苯(Ni-5-Cl-PADAB)显色反应的影响发现,无机盐对该显色体系有较强的增敏作用,且依NaCl>KCl~LiCl>MgCl_2的顺序减弱;此外无机盐还能提高该显色反应的选择性及稳定性。从引入无机氯化物前后显色剂及配合物吸收光谱的变化,PKa_3及配合物稳定常数的改变等方面探讨了无机氯化物对显色反应增敏作用的机理,并将Ni-5-Cl-PADAB-NaCl体系应用于测定废水中的镍,结果较为满意。
Effects of inorganic chlorides on Ni(Ⅱ)-4-(5-chloro-2-pyridylazo)-1, 3-diaminobenzne (5-C1-PADAB) color reaction were investigated, The sensitizing effects of inorganic salts onthe color reaction decreased in the order: NaCl>KCl~LiCl>MgCl_2. The selectivity and sta-bility of the color system were improved in the presence of these inorganic chlorides. The me-chanism of effects of salts was discussed by determining absorption spectrometry. pKa_3 of thecolor reagent and stable constants of the complex. The Ni (Ⅱ)-5-C1-PADAB-NaCl color sys-tem was successfully applled to analyze trace amounts of Nickel in waste water.
