摘要
本文用一阶导数光度法研究了五种食用合成色素的吸光特性。选定五个波长测定五组份混合食用合成色素。十次测量的相对标准偏差<1.0%,标准回收在98%~103%以内。
The simultaneous determination of Brilliant blue(B1), amaranth(R2) ,new cocive (R102 ), sunset yellow (Ys) and tartrazine(Y4) in all their possible mixtures in proposed by using the first derivative spec-trophotometry. This method is used to quantitatively determine twenty six different mixtures. Ten replicate determinations in a test solution containing B1(1. 6μg/ml) ,R2(20μg/ml) ,R102(20μg/ml) ,Ys(7μg/ml) and Y4 (10μg/ml) are carried out with the relative standard deviation of 0. 69%,0. 92%,0. 65%,0. 48% and 1.00%, respectively, The recovery is in the range of 98% -103%.
